As Muslims, we should be confident that our religion is strong and does not need to be constantly used as a political weapon. Political leaders should demonstrate their commitment to Islamic values through good governance, integrity, accountability, and service to the people. Actions that improve the lives of citizens are often more meaningful than speeches that focus only on emotional issues.
In my opinion, all political parties including PAS, UMNO and others should promote unity and constructive debate. Voters should be encouraged to evaluate policies, performance, and leadership quality rather than making decisions based solely on race or religious rhetoric. A mature democracy requires informed discussions that bring people together and help the country move forward as one nation.
